About Success & Leadership Center
Success & Leadership Center is a youth development, training, and family engagement center founded in 2018 to promote the social well-being of Somali American youth and their families. Our mission is to develop and enrich Somali American youth in Minnesota to become responsible adults and live successful lives through mentoring, leadership training, youth delinquency prevention programs, college preparedness programs, and family counseling.

Our Vision
The SLC's vision is to see all Somali American youth and the youth of other communities in Minnesota have the support and services they need to advance their professional skills, become productive members of society, and have a successful adult life.
